Responsibilities include: greeting customers, answer phone inquiries, show and lease storage spaces, sell moving/packing supplies, and monitoring facility grounds.
Landscaping/ Maintenance-Entry (Year Around) — Oakley, CA
The Landscaper/ Maintenance will be responsible for multiple properties. Responsibilities include maintaining the grounds, lawns, sprinkler systems to include seasonal shut down and spring startup, flower beds, trim, pull weeds, plants flowers and or bushes that are indigenous to the area, spray weeds and pests. Assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, grounds keeping, security and overall facility appearance as directed by the Construction Maintenance Manager.
